Over the spring and summer, our Climate Team continued to meet and work along with our partners from Rowan University. The work towards a more equitable school focused on reviewing our discipline policy and looking at what is important to us for our students and staff in Lumberton. The team worked around the core principles of stay safe, respect everyone, always be kind, and take responsibility. These led to the development of the STAR Chart and the Wildcat Way. We look forward to introducing these ideas to the students of LMS.
